Each watch is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, including movement, case, and dial. This covers issues arising from normal use — it does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated water resistance rating, or normal wear such as strap ageing and scratches.
Authenticity Guarantee
We work directly with our partner brands and authorized distributors across the GCC. Every watch ships with an authenticity card and, where provided by the brand, original packaging and documentation.
