IS SHIPPING AVAILABLE FOR WORLDWIDE?

We offer international shipping for all the orders in partnership with Aramex, DHL Express, and FedEx.

VAT & CUSTOM CHARGES

The customer will be responsible for paying for Landing Costs; taxes & Duties applied to your country's customs regulations.

CAN I SEND THE ORDER AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes of course! Add the receiver’s name and address in the “shipping address” field at the checkout.

However, the receiver may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon delivery of the parcel.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, you will receive an email from our courier partner Aramex, DHL or FedEx with your tracking number.

To track your package, simply use the tracking number provided by Aramex, DHL or FedEx on their official website.

CAN I UPDATE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes as long as it is in the same shipping country. We cannot update the shipping country. In the event you want to update your address within the same country, please send us an email at info@letempsme.com with the complete new address and a valid phone number.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The estimated delivery time is usually 3 – 5 business days for Express Shipping and 6 – 10 business days for Standard Shipping.

Please make sure to enter your complete and correct address and phone number (city, street, building, house number) to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.
