LT  is not collecting tax upon purchasing any of our products outside Bahrain, please note that you'll be responsible for Tax & Duty applied in your country.

Replacement Policy

LT is committed to offering you quality products. If however, there is a problem with the ordered articles or you have changed your prefrence, we will replace the products within 14 days of the shipment.

To protect your item during transport, simply place it carefully in its original packaging or in a suitable cardboard box (do not use a paper envelope) and send it to the shipping address below, together with the "return form" (download this and submit your request for return on LT ), the guarantee certificate and any instructions for use, with your precise instructions.

The costs and risks of transport are at the expense of the sender in the case they changed their prefrence, we remind you that your articles can only be returned and get replaced to us by registered parcel.

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your package to submit your wish to replace the product.

Once you have declared your replacement, you have 7 days to return the product to us.

Please note to declare the shipment as "watch for return" and the value is 100 USD.
