LT is not collecting tax upon purchasing any of our products outside Bahrain, please note that you'll be responsible for Tax & Duty applied in your country.
Return Policy
LT is committed to offering you quality products. If however, you are not satisfied with the ordered articles, you can return the products to us for a refund.
To protect your item during transport, simply place it carefully in its original packaging or in a suitable cardboard box (do not use a paper envelope) and send it to the shipping address below, together with the "return form" (download this and submit your request for return on LT ), the guarantee certificate and any instructions for use, with your precise instructions.
The costs and risks of transport are at the expense of the sender, we remind you that your articles can only be returned to us by registered parcel.
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your package to submit your wish to return the product. Refunds will not be given if the 14 day period is exceeded.
Once you have declared your return, you have 7 days to return the product to us.
Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used for the original order, within a maximum of 14 days of our team receiving and checking your package.
Please note to declare the shipment as "watch for return" and the value is 100 USD.
